Hope for AIG, General Motors, and poor Fannie Mae. Hope for foreign relations, for human rights, for civil liberties. Hope, in short, for a better tomorrow. Everyone’s thinking it, and I might as well say it. What about me? Those three words have plagued us since this disaster began. Or, at least, when they told us it began. What about me?
